These are charged independently of your brokerage fees. These additional fees are mandated by governing bodies and are required for trading on U.S. markets. <br><br>These sell-side fees are: </p><ul>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"e24a471afdea350bfe89c5e9f70f953b7\">An SEC Fee for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to cover costs involved in their regulation of equity dealers and the equities market.
