How do I participate in shareholder votes or AGMs?
If you're a shareholder in a company that's holding an annual general meeting (AGM) or proposing a vote on a specific issue, you’ll receive direct communication from the company and its share registry. This will include all the relevant details – including how and when to vote.
By default, ASX-listed companies send issuer communications by post. To receive these digitally, you can update your preferences via Stake:
In the app:
Go to Manage > Account > Settings > Trading > ASX lettersOn the web:
Click your profile (top right) > Settings > Trading > ASX letters
You can also find related announcements on the Stake platform under the share’s detail page.
To take action related to these corporate events, you’ll need to contact the relevant share registry or the company (Issuer) directly.
Please note: Stake is an investment platform and does not control these events. Our visibility into corporate actions is limited, and we may not be able to provide specific details. It is best to ensure that all details on your Stake account details are correct and up to date.
