How do I cancel Stake Black?

To downgrade your membership, go to Account > Stake Black > Manage Your Membership > Downgrade from Stake Black.

You can choose to reactivate your membership at any time.

No cancellation fees

There are no cancellation fees. You’ll retain access to Stake Black until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the standard Stake experience.

Can I get a refund on Stake Black?

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• Monthly memberships: Cancel within 24 hours of starting your membership

• Annual memberships:

  • Cancel within 7 days of the membership start date for a full refund

  • Cancel within 30 days, and receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining 11 months
