Stake offers a variety of reports to help you review your account activity and stay in control during tax time.
Here's how to find them:
On the Stake App:

Navigate to Manage.

Tap on Tax & reporting.
On the Stake Website:

Click on the top-right menu icon.

Click on Tax & reporting.
You’ll see the following:
Financial year pack
Includes all the reports listed below, plus a summary page with key data: opening and closing portfolio values, total trades, dividends and fees – in PDF format.
Portfolio valuation statement
A breakdown of your holdings and their value on a given date – in PDF or XLSX format.
Investment activity statement
A list of trades with key details including dates, symbols, units, average prices, fees and brokerage – in PDF or XLSX format.
Investment income statement
An estimate of dividends, including any withholding tax and franking credits where relevant - in PDF or XLSX format.
Cash transactions statement
A record of all cash movements and balances in your account – in PDF or XLSX format.
Other activity statement:
Details any share transfers or U.S. corporate actions – in PDF or XLSX format.
Tax solutions & partners
Stake’s financial year reports are often used alongside other documents (such as trade confirmations or registry holding statements) to help calculate capital gains and investment income.
Some customers also use tools like Sharesight for these calculations. If you're planning to use a third-party tool, check their FAQs and upload guides or reach out to them directly.
Most third-party tools will ask for your trade history, which you’ll find in the Investment Activity Statement.
