To verify your Stake account, you’ll need to upload one of the following valid government-issued photo IDs:
Australian driver’s licence (front and back)
Passport (Australian or international)
You’ll also need to provide a document that verifies your residential address:
Bank statement or proof of account balance
Utility bills (e.g. energy, gas, electric, water, satellite television, landline phone bill, internet – mobile bills aren’t accepted)
Driver’s licence (we can accept the back of your licence as proof of address when you also upload the front)
Please make sure:
All four corners of the document are visible
The text is clear and not cropped
It’s dated within the last 3 months
Verification usually takes a few minutes. If we need more info, we’ll let you know.
Didn’t get verified right away? You might want to check if your ID is expired or missing key info. Check your emails or on App messages, we’ll provide an update on what you’ll need to do next.
