If you’ve used the wrong bank details for a deposit, contact your bank and request a reversal as soon as possible. If that’s not possible, ask them to initiate a mistaken internet payment process to recall the funds. This process will be handled entirely by your bank.
If funds are transferred to an incorrect account, we’ll make all reasonable efforts to help recover them – but we can’t guarantee they’ll be returned.
